ToPs Tournament Kit (Stern) Timekeeper Update

ToPs TOURNAMENT TimeKeeper Update kit for Stern pinball machines
for Stern ROLLER COASTER TYCOON pinball machine.

This update allows tournaments to START and END using the
system's real-time clock.

Includes 3 integrated circuits to swap in sockets U210 and U212
on CPU board, U5 on Display board.
